Alias Autostudio 2019 crashing on laptop

I have installed Alias Autostudio 2019 on my Lenovo laptop, and it is crashing after only five minutes of use, usually when I try to trim divide or use some surface editing function. I tried updating the AMD Raedon driver, that didn't help. I uninstalled and reinstalled Alias, still no luck. This is a laptop with 8 GB of Ram and a 64-bit operating system. Any suggestions for how to solve this problem would be very appreciated. Thank you.

What is your OS and your video card model? In my years of experience, Radeons have almost always crashed Autodesk software.

Processor is AMD FX-8800P Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 2.10 GHz

8.00 GB (6.96 GB usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I suspect your application is crashing due to the video card. If you fill out this form, you can see the supported certified cards for Windows 10 on Alias 2019:

You're using an application where the graphics card is the most important piece of architecture in your system. I suspect if you install it onto a system with a professional grade graphics adapter rather than a consumer grade video game card, you will have better results.
