      <description>&lt;P&gt;Read all the related post and tried uninstalled and reinstalled. Won’t work! Tried emailing feedback@autocad360.com and feedback.pro@autocad360.com both email mounted back ‘undelivered mail returned to sender’.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;tried apple customer service they asked me to contact you. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have signed up and paid for the AutoCAD 360’s Premium service via the Apple App Store and the 1 year subscription was confirmed. However, the software did not register the upgrade and cannot get access to opening new files or make any changes to existing. Your help would be appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>The email address that made the app store purchase must match the log-in email address in the app account: if you already checked and double-checked and they are 100% match, then reach out to your app store for a resolution (they will get in touch with the mobile team for you).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
