&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this can help us ASAP. We have two machines down that can't use the 2016 licence, something to do with not updating the licence component due to the subscription system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;EM&gt;T&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;hey didn't update the licence component to match the new licence system, this was apparently fixed in 2016 ext 2 but we can't get it to load&lt;/EM&gt;". Contacting the licencing team took forever and still didn't solve our issue, and &lt;SPAN&gt;the release notes talk about updating the systems but this seems to not be the case. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;D&lt;/SPAN&gt;o you have any ideas on what we can do? All our plugins are in 2016 and we can't update (the dev time would take way too long).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much for the reply, but unfortunately this is for Maya 2016 (I assumed this was the Maya fourms) and it's an actual licence issue when we go to activate the licence from the email it's not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was a honest mistake I never put in the product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's Windows 10 and nvida gtx 700 series, but the issue is we've been working in 2016 for the last few years without any issues, it's purely a activation issue (it seems) on your side. Our purchased licences won't automatically activate with our Emails, and when contacting the licence department they told us the whole (update song and dance) and still nothing. We've gone through the registries and removed all references and files to Maya but still we can't it seems to be something on the activation server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there anything we can do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
