Maya 2018 opens Output Window and then closes, nothing else?

i've tried everything that you've said in previous posts. but it doesn't work for me. but maya 2019 is opening. i don't know what to do. does anybody knows how to overcome it, please tell me. thank you all.

Please share a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

If it is a fatal error message you should try the basics:

Sign in as Administrator or Create a New User Account (Full Control user permissions)
Check the Operating System needed & the required updates by reviewing the system requirements for the software & Certified Graphics Card Drivers
Make sure you have an updated graphics card driver by checking the manufacturer's website then (Assign the correct Graphics Card)
Temporarily disable your Antivirus software & Firewall
Temporarily disable UAC on Windows 7 or Windows 10
Continue to try other troubleshooting steps here
