Autocad Un-installation fully

I installed autocad version 2016 and 2017 on my system but after using it for a while both failed due to configuration setting and i wanted to install it back but can't fully install the package again after unistalling it. Pls help

May we know what error you got while re-installing the package. We also want to know from where you tried to install the package, was it from Autodesk Desktop App or Accounts portal.

We would like to know more about the issue. Please send us the screenshot/logs if you have.
