From educational to full License

To whom it may concern,

We recently got accepted to a free 3 year license of the Product Design Suite trough the Entrepreneur Impact Program. So far I've been using the Educational one and wondered how I can change from the Educational one to the Full Version while still having access to all my files etc. ? I have tried logging out and in again but this has not helped.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the community.

The education/student License is meant to be used only in the terms and conditions of learning and not for commercial purposes. Therefore you cannot take your work over into the full version without breaking the rules. More information here:

You should have received in your confirmation email a link with every information needed as well as the terms and conditions of usage. If you have more question, I would suggest to write to your point of contact at Autodesk for the program or to this email address: technologyimpact@autodesk.com.

Can you clarify on this suite. Suites have been obsoleted, so are you talking about the "Collection" that's offered through that program?

In addition you should never use an existing educational account to switch to this program or a commercial license. Once an educational account is created, its an educational account. You will need to reach out to Autodesk to have this done so they can remove the educational status of your account. I would start a chat here (chat with agent) https://ava.autodesk.com/

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I mean the "Product Design & Manufacturing Collection". It has been automatically assigned to my account, which I, so far, have used only with an educational license. I will try to chat to someone again.
