Hi! I'm an architecture student. I have the student version of Autocad and 3ds Max installed in my laptop for two years. But today I acquired a new desktop and I had tried to install these programs with the same student account. But when I open the program, it says that the trial version are over. Can I have with the same student account these programs installed in both computers? How can I solve this problem?

@Anonymous

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

It sounds like you never enter the serial # and product key that was assigned to you for the original installation. Installing software is the same no matter what. Activating it determines why type of license you have..

Update: Go into your Autodesk Account and you will find the serial # and product key that needs to be done. However if you are using a newer version of the software then you have to go back and request it.
