Fresh autocad LT 2020 requesting product key and then activation window pops up

Trying to install Autocad LT 2020 and am getting prompted for the product Key, after entering the key we get the activation window popping up again and again after we enter the product key.

What activation screen are you seeing?

2) In the next step, Opens the below window and accepts the serial number we enter.

3) Tries to verify the license

4) It tries to verify the license and gives the below error

Thanks Mark, I managed to run through the steps over the weekend with the end user. Could it be an issue with my license keys?

Not sure if you were able to resolve your issue or still have the issue.

Are you sure your account didn't get switched over to sign in method and no longer uses the serial #.

I honestly don't 100% know. I am attempting to assist an end user with this, and was provided the serials numbers from our vendor who we purchased it from. I have been told our other install is functioning using serial numbers though and we still are seeing the issue.

Other installed as Acad LT 2020 or some other Autodesk product?

The contract manager for this subscription needs to go into their account and confirm what they have and how that product is activated.
