&lt;P&gt;If you are using a Download Now or Install Now you&amp;nbsp;want&amp;nbsp;to try a more effective method called Browser Download.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please conduct the steps below to start fresh, preparing the system beforehand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Conduct a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_blank"&gt;Clean Uninstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the previous installation &amp;amp; use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed" target="_blank"&gt;MSfixitTool&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to complete it&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in as Administrator&amp;nbsp;(check your permissions, full control)&amp;nbsp;or &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13951/windows-create-user-account" target="_blank"&gt;create a new profile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure you have an uninterrupted &amp;amp; high-speed&amp;nbsp;connection to the internet&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter&amp;nbsp;(Windows)&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to conduct an offline install of AutoCAD 2019 on a Win 10 build 1903 machine via the standalone installer. The installation process has been stuck on 9 of 16 for over an hour. I have received zero error messages? Does any one have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I will follow the steps you have listed, but it should be mentioned that this is an offline install. The workstation is in a secure environment that will not permit a direct connection to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would it be any easier to bypass 2019 and move straight to 2020?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it was me..&amp;nbsp; I wouldn't recommend using the Win 10 Build 1903..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There is some known issues where its impacting Autodesk product..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nothing for AutoCAD that I have heard of yet but other Autodesk product are impacted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Update:&amp;nbsp; What product of the installation is hung on?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
