&lt;P&gt;Very interesting, I didn't even know you could contact Autodesk for direct support or that they had a website that listed their support backlog.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In any case, did you do your software rental directly through Autodesk, or through a reseller? If the former, did you inquire about the support SLA? When you do your transaction though a reseller, in many cases that includes support that you receive from a human on the same day. The forums here are full of users, like you&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If so is this Windows service there and started?&lt;/P&gt;
