revit 2020 installation errors

hi all, i am trying to install revit 2020 but keep getting this error. installation incomplete some products did not install. autodesk licensing did not install (error code: 2)

Most likely the new licensing mechanism for 2020 is failing and not starting. In the image is a link to your installation log file. We need to see that in order to troubleshoot because an image of a failed install is no use to us.

could you please delete the download files and then restart the system.

now, you can download the product from accounts portal and then install.
