Problem with activation of Serial number for Autocad LT 2020

Hi Team,

we have problem to activate the serial number for Autocad LT 2020 for User Ferber Udo: Udo.Ferber@nsg.com

During an activation we get error as on the attached screen. - It means: "please contact with the administrator to get permissions for using of this product."

On User's profile it's not possible to activate the software, because there is no such possibility.

Software has been installed properly.

Could you please advise?

This is a user-based forum, you should avoid posting users' personal email addresses as we have no access to your accounts anyway so won't be able to check things. Autodesk employees sometimes visit the forum but cannot guarantee they will act on the information in your post. It's best if you contact Autodesk support directly as it seems there might be a syncing issue on the account. However, before you contact Autodesk make sure the user was correctly assigned to the license.
