All of a sudden, when I execute the creation of any deployment I get the following error:

Several possible causes

Conflicting Qt DLL versions – Autodesk applications use Qt libraries, but another application or an incorrect version may be interfering.
Corrupted installation files – If the installer extracted an incomplete or corrupt version of the DLL.
Antivirus interference – Security software might have blocked or removed essential files.
Windows version compatibility – Some Qt functions require Windows 10 1607 or later.

Several potential Solutions:

Delete Temporary Files
1. Press Win + R, type %temp%, and hit Enter.
2. Delete all files in the Temp folder.
3. Retry the Revit deployment.
Check for Conflicting Qt Libraries
1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit <year>\
2. Look for Qt6Core.dll in subfolders.
3. If multiple versions exist, check their properties:
4. Right-click Qt6Core.dll > Properties > Details.
5. Ensure it matches the Revit version's expected Qt version.
Use a Clean Deployment
1. Ensure you’re using the latest Autodesk deployment package.
2. If using Custom Deployment, try Direct Installation instead.
Check Windows Version
1. Run Win + R, type winver, and press Enter.
2. Ensure Windows 10 1607 or later is installed.
Disable Antivirus and Redownload the Installer
1. Turn off Windows Defender or any third-party antivirus.
2. Delete the current deployment files.
3. Redownload the Autodesk deployment package.
4. Extract and run the installer again.

I have deleted all temp files, and I am running Windows Server 2016. This occurs for ALL Autodesk apps, not just Revit.

Not sure if it's a good idea to create a deployment from a Windows server machine. What happens if you create a deployment on a Windows 10 machine?

I've been creating deployments on, and deploying from, this server for years now. This error just started in the last week.

I am having this same issue on a Windows Server 2016 machine that hosts all our deployments.
The issue does not seem to happen on my Windows 11 laptop, seems the issue may be related to Server 2016 or the Windows Server OS in general?
I get the same error if I try to run the installer on a Server2016 machine that has never hosted an Autodesk product before.

It is looking for Qt6core.dll which is 3rd party, not part of windows.
It may be in Autodesk's hands to resolve this, I think it may be a bug with the AdOdisDeployuTool.exe or the tool may need to be updated after a recent windows update or something.

Update, I am not getting the error with Windows Server 2019 OS's, seems to be specific to server 2016.

I'm having problems with Qt too, although not with Autodesk products. We use a bunch of Remarkable tablets. The Windows software for these things use QT as well. And it won't run. After a lot of trial and error, I established the problem is caused by a Group Policy. Now I have to figure out which policy / settings causes the problem.

Anyway, I only use the Windows Servers to store the deployment. I use a Windows 10 machine to create the deployments.

I was successfully able to start the deployment creation process on a Windows 11 PC, but have the deployment saved on the server. It's just odd that I have been able to do it ALL on the server until a couple of weeks ago. It must have been a Windows Update.
