every time I open fusion 360 this happens does anyone know the solution BTW laptop processor is

- AMD Ryzen 5 2500U Processor
- Quad-core
- 2.0 GHz / 3.6 GHz
- 4 MB cache

and the graphic card is

- AMD Radeon RX 560X
- 4 GB GDDR5

Have you checked your video driver (date) to ensure its the latest? Don't relay on Windows telling you its up to date..

Why would I share that info (even if I had account with those apps) with someone I don't even know. In addition users don't directly contract other users or provide support like that. Why can't you just post the video with your posting?

I updated the driver and the problem is solved thank you soooooooooo much for the and really sorry for wasting your time and not updating the driver from the start
