Maya 2019.2 crashes on startup after updating gpu drivers

I updated my nvidia drivers to 436.02 and updated Redshift renderer plugin, now when I launch Maya 2019.2 it crashes on Startup.

I've attached log file.

Please help!

Thanks for posting! What NVIDIA card are you using? Do you have multiple cards on your machine?

When Maya crashes, does it give you the opportunity to submit a CER report? If so, I can look up this report internally to see if there is an associated issue with that specific crash. Can you send me the email address it was logged under (you can do this in a private message if you would rather). CER windows look like the following:

Also, I would try disabling Redshift to see if the crashing continues. If the crashing stops, that indicates that the issue is with Redshift. If the crashing does not stop, I would recommend performing a CLEAN reinstall of Maya and Redshift.

Hi Jordan,

I have quadro k4200 and I am on driver version 436.02

The CER number is CER_204173735.

I DM'ed you my email.

I am able to load Maya without Redshift plugin. As soon as I load Redshift it crashes.

Thanks for your quick reply! I checked out your CER report and it looks like the cause of the crash is tied to Redshift - specifically the crash is happening in the redshift_core_vc100 module.

Because Redshift is not an Autodesk product, the most efficient option for support would be to go directly to their support team: Redshift Support
