Have also tried the cleanup.

Works fine as .\admin but not as normal user. What part of the c drive is it trying to write to. The part in the from profile part

Many thanks for the suggestion but I have looked at this before posting.

Please see my comments for each suggested fix.

Perform a clean uninstall of Fusion 360 using the Fusion Cleanup Tool - Tried that no difference as per my original post.

Clear the TEMP folder using the following steps - Tried that seems to do the same this as the cleanup tool. Also didn't work.

Disable User Account Control from Control Panel - I am using Microsoft Server 2019 this option is not directly available. Even if this was disabled Standard users wouldn't be able to run it as it would prompt to elevate. Like I say .\admin runs fine. It is like the installer is wanting to write files to somewhere other than the Profile Path.

Disable anti-virus - can not do that when running as standard user, (which is what I want to do).

Download Fusion 360. - not sure how that would help is that not what I am doing now?

Run the Fusion 360 installer as admin by right-clicking and select "Run as administrator." - cant do that every time a standard user want to run this product.

Any other ideas would be great
