We have purchased the licence for AutoCAD Lt in the name of marks@ciaalarms.co.uk, however Mark has left the business prior to installing the software. We are therefore seeking to transfer the permissions etc to myself, nickp@ciaalarms.co.uk so that we can download etc. can you advise how we can achieve this? Many thanks

You will need to talk to your reseller or log a support case with Autodesk to change the Contract Manager as described.
