Converting to Educational License

We are a school district and I am running into some licensing issues with Inventor. I would like to get a multi user license as many students use the computer Inventor is on. I am striking out on figuring out how to transfer the license from a single user license to a network license. Does inventor not have network license?

I also wondered if maybe I could somehow figure out what account is the IT Administrator account for the district as it appears the account I am using is just a student account? When I downloaded the software I am afraid I did it on the student account so that explains the license expiration issue.

Also I must add how frustrating it is that I can't find a phone number and speak to someone in tech support and I have to find all these answers myself.

Anyone out there able to help me?

FYI: This are just peer-to-peer forums. Occasionally an Autodesk support person will chime in. I presume you've already been here?

Yes been there. I know these are peer to peer just hoping to get lucky and maybe someone else had this experience. Already did an email request just tired of waiting for the response and want to get this issue figured out
