Revit 2019 Install - .NET Framework 3.5

So this is the first time I've seen this one... I installed Revit 2019 from Deployment that has been working since we rolled out 2019 sometime ago. The install ran successfully and Revit 2019 seems to run fine.

However, after the install finished I was left with "An app on your PC needs the following Windows feature:..."

I went ahead and selected "Download and install this feature but got the error in the screen capture below., so I clicked the link... Tell me how to solve this problem. and it took me to this location...

I checked the Windows updates and they are current. I checked all the install log files and do not see any errors.

Definitely strange, if .NET 3.5 is installed then I can't see a problem apart from the error message which may in itself be an error.

You could try enabling 3.5 in this way:
