      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried installing as another user with administrator rights?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what is your windows OS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;perhaps try installing latest acad 2024?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It seemed to work well, but when I installed it, it's still being preparing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And the reason I'm trying the 2022 version is because Autocad 2024 also gets this error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
