      <title>User Management tab missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Until recently I had the option to manage user and assign licenses in Autodesk, however since Friday user Management options disappeared and I am unable to assign licenses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Oddly the users that had a license assigned are still able to use Autocad software. But, i am still unable to administer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition to above the contract details disappeared ( autocad license was valid until 2021).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please advise&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have there been any recent network security changes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try to conduct these steps preferably with your IT admin:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL type="disc"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Be sure to sign-in with the proper Autodesk ID &amp;amp; Password, &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/account-access/autodesk-account/reset-password-for-autodesk-account" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;resetting and Changing Your Autodesk Account Password&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17228/windows-protect-my-pc-from-viruses" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Temporarily disable security settings&lt;/A&gt; like Antivirus, Firewall &amp;amp; &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/975787/guided-help-adjust-user-account-control-settings-in-windows-7-and-wind" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;UAC&lt;/A&gt; on your Windows operating system&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Connection issues &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Meta-licensing.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Adjust Lan Settings, Proxy Settings &amp;amp; etc.&lt;/A&gt; , or try a different network location&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear your browser history&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Whitelist the sites listed in these articles:&lt;/LI&gt;
