MY AUTOCAD LICENSED STOPPED THREE DAYS DUE TO INTERNET SERVICE OUTAGE. DURING PRODUCT BUYING THERE IS NOT MENTION ABOUT INTERNET SERVICE IS REQUIRED MANDATORY ON 31ST DAY. SOME PROJECT LOCATIONS DO NOT HAVE GOOD INTERNET SERVICE. SO, IF NO INTERENT IS THERE, WE SHALL GO FOR PIRATED? AUTODESK DID NOT PROVIDE THE SOLUTION FOR REMOTE LOCATION OFFLINE USAGE.

CONTACTED TO AUTODESK AUTOCAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALREADY. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANSWER OR SOLUTION, ONLY APOLOGIES. THEY WILL FEEDBACK TO CONCERN TEAM. I AM WAITING FOR CONTACT INFORMATION OF PRODUCT MANAGER OR HIGHLY EXPERT TEAM OF AUTODESK AUTOCAD. THEY WILL WORK ON IT. I SHARED THE IDEA WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT, FOR THIS KIND OF ISSUE: THEY SHOULD GIVE THE TEMPORARY PAPER LICENSE OR KEY FOR OFFLINE USAGE.

Why is everyone telling htem to jump to contacting support right away.

They don't have internet, so it's not working for them. Hence why they say they have to use pirated.

What do you mean they are forcing you to use Pirated software?

You have to have an internet connection at least once every 30 days. If you don't .. then you won't be able to use the software. It's a requirement.

As for the pirated, I'd probably revain from comments publicly like that. Quick way to get an audit and licensing review and more issues.

Why can't you connect at least once every 30 days?

Also have you reached out to sales to see what they might have for an option? Are you government / DD / DOJ etc type of business?

In construction business (remote location) sometimes these situations. I faced. Would you like to answer or solution for following situation.

1. Internet service provider in the country only two. one ISP do not have fiber optic service and another ISP fiber optic service problem for one day. for this kind of situation tell me solution and on same day holidays of AUTODESK support. they did not reply any solution. I submitted case.
2. In construction business site office have limited internet access. if 31st day internet problem in the area and same day AUTODESK AUTOCAD license validation is required.
3. You are saying license audit. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and fully licensed software used. BSA also audit in Jun-2023. This month also two licenses bought for AUTOCAD full. From Gold partner of AUTODESK AUTOCAD.

Either case your alternatives should not involve pirated software. If Autodesk considers you as a very important & valued customer, I'm sure they'll come up with a workable solution for you. If not, since you're on subscription, just don't renew.

Alternatives: There are AutoCAD clone software available that do not require internet access to validate license and can very easily open & write AutoCAD dwg formats such as the various flavors of Intellicad:

You will need to talk to your reseller or Autodesk directly for any type of exception if there are any for this scenerio

Currently all their licenses require internet connection there is no permanent offline usage

CAN YOU PLEASE BRING THE T&C OF PRODUCT AUTOCAD WHERE IT IS MENTION THAT INTERNET IS REQUIRED, AND MANDATORY FOR 31ST DAY. BECUASE I NEED IT FOR ISO 9001:2015 AUDIT. (EXTERNAL RISK ASSESSMENT). FOR MY KNOWLEDGE.

THis isn't something new. It's been like this for years. Since they started going subscription. Unless you have an older network license (connecting to a server) and you could check out license for no more than 6 months.

You're missing that it's CHECKING the license one EVERY start up. So if it gets its on day 10, the 30 days starts over. If you have a site with an issue, for a laptop, try a hotspot. There are options.

I get it you're frustrated, they looked at a lot of things .. 100,000's maybe a million building and seats make it work .. there are options.
