EDU version activation

I've downloaded Autocad 2017 and received by email serial number for lab use. Up to 1250 install without server.

When I try to activate my copy I'm receiving a 404 error and then this message. If I try offline procedure it tell me that is not valid with edu license.

How can I fix it?

Sounds like this is not a valid serial number anymore, as far as I know Education users are only entitled to the most recent and 3 previous versions of the software, so you might not be able to activate 2017 anymore. But check with Education Support: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

@Anonymous 2017 is still requestable - I can request 2017 products.

@Anonymous Education support should be able to send a new serial number as long as that license isn't expired.
