    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like this is not a valid serial number anymore, as far as I know Education users are only entitled to the most recent and 3 previous versions of the software, so you might not be able to activate 2017 anymore. Up to 1250 install without server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to activate my copy I'm receiving a 404 error and then this message. If I try offline procedure it tell me that is not valid with edu license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;2017 is still requestable - I can request 2017 products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;Education support should be able to send a new serial number as long as that license isn't expired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
