      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo All&lt;BR /&gt;Because the SSD has been replaced, I can't use the serial number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't transfer the license because the SSD is gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me with this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What license do you have? Standalone perpetual/subscription? Which product and version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For subscription products that you have the installation media for, just install and activate from scratch as you did the 1st time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For perpetual licenses you might need to &lt;A href="https://ava.autodesk.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;request a manual activation code from AVA&lt;/A&gt;, provided that the product activation is still supported &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/previous-versions/previous-version-support-policy" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;for your version&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens if you just try to activate it on the new PC?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure if you have a Serial number or if it's changed over to a Sign In activation (if you're on subscription)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
