Autodesk Genuine Service message appears

Hi all,

On one of our machines AutoCAD is coming with the message that my license is not valid with the picture below:

The message is wrong, I have a valid license until April 2020, which is also confirmed in my license status (options -> Manage license)

When I open Civil3D, the same message appears. (I have a valid license for AECC)

When I install AutoCAD on another test machine, the message is not appearing.
Reinstallation is not an option, because we have a lot op specialized tools inside AutoCAD on that specific machine.
How can we fix this problem?

Thanks for your fast reply.

Already deleted that folders.

Also did the following actions as well:

- Updated the Autodesk desktop app

- Deleted and created his account in the portal

- Signed out and signed in again in the applications

That message makes me thinking about the possibility that you have installed AutoCAD to often?

Do you have a network license or a single license?
Are you on subscription? If not, when did you stop?

Hi,

Single user license.

License is valid until April 2020.

Used everyday and activated just on 1 laptop.

Hi,

maybe you have uninstalled the geniune service that is installed with AutoCAD?

Anyway, run the program, if there is nothing wrong it will not mean any impact for you.
