    <description>&lt;P&gt;Might be easier to just uninstall / reinstall it and then use the Serial number in your Account manager&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot Activate my Recap Pro annual subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Cannot Activate my Recap Pro annual subscription that I was given by Leica BLK360 LIDAR Dealer. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No email or phone support from Autodesk because I am non-subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I temporarily activated a Student License. Now I cannot change my license type. I have a serial number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Nothing more to add. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot do ANYTHING in my Account Manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Storage (free) is the only product I have there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find a way to use my serial number there to activate Recap Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BLK360 LIDAR Dealer left me on my own to deal with Autodesk Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's not in your account manager then they didn't set up your account properly and you need to go back to them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it should be in your Account Manager if you're set up properly. (which it doesn't sound like you are)&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Usually you only get a 1 yr subscription and after that you have to subscribe to it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has it been a year since you obtain this product and license?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Update:&amp;nbsp; Are you still a student attending a qualified educational institution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To further clarify the issue please see the screenshots attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I click on "enter a serial number" the License Manager window disappears and never comes back with a field to enter the serial.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
