How many applications can run with the same account on different computers?

Under the Single User section, there is a statement:

For purposes of this section only, “access” does not include batch processing, renders, idle usage (i.e., when the Software is open but there is no user input) or similar activities that may run in the background of the Software (“Background Activities”).

Does this have any connection to the "Device Limit Reached" notification?
Can I conclude that idle usage/"Background Activities" are counted until that notification appears?

Thank you for the link. The link states: "Simultaneous use means that you're using the same product on more than one device, using the same account, at the same time."

Does this mean that if I use a different product on more than one device, it is not considered simultaneous use?

Also, what happens if simultaneous use happens accidentally, but the "device limit reached" alert does not appear?

It depends on how many licenses you have. If you have one license, you're not allowed to user more than one product at a time, regardless the device.

Nothing. That is, if it's incidental. If you make it a habit, you'll probably receive a not-so-friendly mail from the Autodesk compliance team.

@mercyndi_primaramanda let's simplify it all:

If you have only one license, you can only ever use it on one device at a time. That's it. Nothing vague about it.

Feel free to reach out to Autodesk Licensing direct, yourself, to inquire about any other variation you might think you read or interpreted, and take names and ask for recordings if they state otherwise, ultimately no one here is ever going to sanction much of anything different as we are all end users just like you.

Thank you for the link you provided. It was very helpful. Yes, I have an AEC Collection subscription, which gives me access to many products.

So, back to my issue—does using a different product on more than one device not count as simultaneous use? Or is there a way to use an AEC Collection subscription on multiple computers?.
Off-topic, in the forum link you shared, there is a statement: 'Until we have fixed this issue, we have temporarily changed the device limit for Revit users to two concurrent devices.' Is this still applicable for "...device limit for Revit users to two concurrent devices"? How can I get updated information on this?

Like I said - it depends on the number of licenses you have. If you have a single AEC Collection license, you can run all products on a single computer at the same time. You can have it installed on several computers, but you're only allowed to run stuff on a single computer at any given time.

I have Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection Subscription license can I use it in two different pc at the same time but open different software such as (Revit on pc & Autocad on another pc)

Nope. A single license means a single computer.

Your Authorized User may concurrently use only one (1) Desktop Device and one (1) Mobile Device at a time to access the Software. For any Collection, Your Authorized User may concurrently use any Software titles in the Collection, but they may use only one (1) Desktop Device and one (1) Mobile Device at a time to do so.
