@eceilaydaa Don't use the Webinstaller.. Try the full Browser installer:

Download both fully then try installing it.

tunately it didnt work 😞 it didnt give the same error but just closed the application after it extracted/downloaded

Do you have the fire wall / anti-virus off?

Clean out your C:\Autodesk folder completely, as well as your DOWNLOAD folder. Only having my 2 links there.

Clean out the %temp% folder

From there right click on 001_002 and click Run As Admin .. Pick C:\Autodesk for the download location

I have the antivrus systems off. I deleted the C:\Autodesk folder. Should I Clean out the %temp% folder completely? it says preparing but still nothing happens

@eceilaydaa Hi, Could you open services and verify that Autodesk Access Service Host is running? in case if it is not then can you right click on it and try and start it. Do let me know how it goes.

***In case if you don't see anything called Autodesk Access Service Host in Services, then you will have to download and install ODIS : https://emsfs.autodesk.com/utility/odis/1/installer/latest/AdODIS-installer.exe

The general idea is that the Access service host service should be running fo you to install the applications as all the newer Autodesk applications utilize the on demand installer(ODIS) to install

In Windows search type "Services" or press Windows+R on your keyboard and type in services.msc and hit enter, that should open Services for you.
