&lt;P&gt;Also I can't see behind the message...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Where did you get your installation files from?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Maya 2019 Install issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot install Maya 2019 as I keep getting errors of missing .dll files. Please see the attachment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all the download methods and disabled pop-up blocker.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please follow the steps listed below to try &amp;amp; resolve this is issue. That error is related to Microsoft permissions on the system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Conduct a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_blank"&gt;Clean Uninstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the previous installation &amp;amp; use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed" target="_blank"&gt;MSfixitTool&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to complete it&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in as Administrator&amp;nbsp;(check your permissions, full control)&amp;nbsp;or &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13951/windows-create-user-account" target="_blank"&gt;create a new profile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure you have an uninterrupted &amp;amp; high-speed&amp;nbsp;connection to the internet&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter&amp;nbsp;(Windows)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17228/windows-protect-my-pc-from-viruses" target="_blank"&gt;Temporarily disable security settings&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;like Antivirus, Firewall &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/975787/guided-help-adjust-user-account-control-settings-in-windows-7-and-wind" target="_blank"&gt;UAC&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on your Windows operating system&lt;/LI&gt;
