Trial license of Autodesk Maya 2024 not working on Linux HPC cluster

Hello,

We've installed Autodesk Maya 2024 [Autodesk_Maya_2024_2_Update_Linux_64bit.tgz] on our HPC LINUX cluster with RHEL-8.6 OS.

The maya software is not working due to to licensing error:

$ /usr/autodesk/maya/bin/maya maya: Autodesk MAYA 2024 A licensing error occurred that Autodesk systems were not able to handle for you. Please contact Autodesk Customer Support for help in resolving this error. The default location for log files to help diagnose the issue is: "/usr/tmp/MayaCLM-24-11-2023.log"

The Log file: "/usr/tmp/MayaCLM-24-11-2023.log" says that it's not able to connect Agent as below:

Tried to register the product with below command:

$ sudo /opt/Autodesk/AdskLicensing/Current/helper/AdskLicensingInstHelper register -pk 657P1 -pv 2024.0.0.F -el EN_US -cf /var/opt/Autodesk/Adlm/Maya2024/MayaConfig.pit

But still it's not working.

Please let me know how to resolve this error.

Even after discussing this issue with Autodesk Support team, they are not able to resolve it.
