PURCHASING LICENSES FOR DIFFERENT REGIONS

I'm based in the UK and have purchased licenses for our office in Indonesia (5 licenses). I have been contacted by Autodesk Indonesia who have advised me that I can't do this, and our Indonesian office must purchase the licenses themselves. Having already purchased the licenses can I transfer them? i.e. I don't want to have to purchase another 5 licenses.

What product and version are these licenses?

Licenses are region/territory locked locked unless you have a global/other ETR with Autodesk but they will be separate licenses.

You'd be better off cancelling the licenses and asking the Indonesian office to request them
