Account managment - Add Service (shared views) to Inventor network license user

Hi,

in the "Classic user managment" I can assign a Multi-User "Product Design &Manufacturing Collection" to a user.

Then i can see all the services he can use.

BUT, this setting has no effect anymore?

In the "NEW user managment" I can't assign Multi-User "Product Design &Manufacturing Collection" to a user.

So how to enable the Network user to use the Services (specially "Shared views")

The new (look) user management interface is only for single user subscription with the sign in activation method.

Multi-user subscription is still controlled under the classic user management interface.

Are you saying under the classic user management, when you create a user for the multi-user subscription and assigned them the benefits, they don't have the ability or you're unable to assign the benefit?

Update: Shared view for Vault or Inventor?

I have assigned the services to the user, but the user can not use shared views,

nor out of Inventor, neither out of vault.

I have assign the Service about one hour ago .... does it last longer?

On the user's machine.. Exit all Autodesk product including the desktop application.

Go here C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services and delete the loginstate.xml file.

Launch again, and have the user sign in. Does it work now?

In addition make sure the login the user is using is the same info that you provided under your user management. Meaning sometimes users have mutiple Autodesk Accounts.
