Unable to initilize adlm

I've trying to install Maya 2020 Student Edition on my Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS x86_64,
I followed these Instructions,

However, the installation did went well and i can run Maya on my machine but as soon i click, "Enter serial number" to activate product, this dialog box comes up
I've attached screenshot along with this post of the error.

I tried a complete clean reinstall but that didnt worked either.
Please help.

Most likely the new 2020 licensing mechanism is not starting.

Hi Mark, Thanks for the reply.

The packages provided in the linux section of july Licensing update were installed prior to the installation of Maya 2020.

These packages are mentioned in the ubuntu docs to install Maya. Even in the Important section, it is mentioned to install these packages prior to Maya installation which I did.

I did checked the status of

adsklicense service and ubuntu returns status as running and ok.

Plz help.
