      <title>Education license not working: still needs to be processed??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've already registered my education license, but fusion 360 has been saying that it needs to be processed for over a month now, and it won't leave trial mode. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but I was only told to do a clean uninstall. I couldn't get the automatic clean uninstall to work, even after I had changed my username from the default one, and I couldn't access my control panel, so I just put the files I was told to delete in the recycle bin, and then emptied the recycle bin. I then re-downloaded fusion 360, booted it up, and signed in, but this still has not worked. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just a bug. Your additional support would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In the US, Canada and UK there's a new educational verification process.&amp;nbsp; Most likely you will need your school to verify who you are and that info must be uploaded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
