Installer not working

Downloaded AutoCAD for Mac, and it worked fine for a while then started freezing during startup. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and it continued to work for some time before the initial problem reoccured. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again, but now am getting an error message that says the installation failed and to contact the software manufacturer. Found a page in the troubleshooting tips about what to do with this pop up, but none of them helped.

Your AutoCAD version is ....
macOS version installed on your Mac is....
Please provide more information.

Can you share install.log file from your Mac?
You can find it inside /var/log folder.

I looked, but couldn't find the file

It should be there.
In Finder use menu Go -> Go to Folder...
Copy - paste:
/var/log
pick on Go button.
Look for install.log file there.
