    <description>Hey,&lt;BR /&gt;first of all I’ll thank you for the time and the answer, I really&lt;BR /&gt;appreciate it.&lt;BR /&gt;When I saw the problem with the software I tried to find a quick solution&lt;BR /&gt;online and contacted the Autodesk support, but I really needed the software&lt;BR /&gt;to work in order to complete some work so I decided to uninstall it and&lt;BR /&gt;install it back on my Mac to see if it solves the problem. It did work and&lt;BR /&gt;my license got back there, but I still don’t know the origin of my problem.&lt;BR /&gt;When I wanted to go manage license on the software when the problem was&lt;BR /&gt;there, I couldn’t do it and the software got shut down over and over again.&lt;BR /&gt;All I can do right now is hope that this problem won't happen again and&lt;BR /&gt;maybe you could know the origin of it.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again, Shachar.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>License stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I operated AutoCAD for students on my MAC approximately a month ago, and the three years license started running. It worked fine until today. Today when I opened the software it told me the my license was over and shut itself down. What am I supposed to do to make it work? Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What does it say exactly? Can you post a screenshot of the error message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you see the license under "All products and services" when you log in to your Autodesk account at accounts.autodesk.com ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I was able to see your student license in your Autodesk Account (&lt;A href="https://manage.autodesk.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://manage.autodesk.com/&lt;/A&gt;). You can enter the serial number into AutoCAD LT to activate the license. We also reached out to you via email to guide you &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/activate/convert-trial-to-subscription" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;setting it up&lt;/A&gt;. If you're still getting an error, can you paste the entire error message here?&lt;/P&gt;
