Thank you for the reply . I am aware of those links.

What I wanted to know specifically was for AEC collection network licenses.

Home use license doesn't show on the elgible products but can they request home use licenses for each product within it.

if a customer has 10 network aec and typically each user runs 3 versions of Revit and 1 version of autocad , can they request 40 home use licenses ?

Borrowing licenses on AEC collection is product specific I believe. ie. if they borrow a revit license they would need to borrow again for autocad ?

How can customers get a home use license for AEC collection products ? Typically they might need a couple of versions of Revit and also autoCAD.

They can use this:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/home-use/request-home-use-license

or they can borrow a license

Maintenance plans on a network license and products with multi-user access — You can borrow a license from your network license server to use on your home computer, or request a license for home use.

UPDATE #2

You have to request home use for each AEC product (non-cloud) and each version.

When you request, it will be based on the qty you have. If you have 10 seats you would request Revit 2020 and get 10 seats at a given serial #. If you need Revit 2019, you would get 10 seats of Revit 2019 at a given serial # (and so on).

Update: If borrowed, you borrow the entire Collection license. If you borrow Revit and then AutoCAD, you would borrow just one license. However depending on your version of license manager, borrowing for collection had an issue in earlier versions of the license manager and you could end up borrowing 2 licenses. But having version 11.16.2.0 in place corrects any issues that may have been with earlier versions of the license manager. Also if you have mixture of single source product on subscription and collection within your license that's a different story and you could end up borrowing two licenses under this scenario. In this case in all depends on what license the product got before borrowing.
