" Activation Limit Reached" (Error 10)

i had troubles with my computer and so i installed Win10 instead of my old Win7.

Unfortunately i did not use the License Transfer Utility before. Now i get the message " Activation Limit Reached" (Error 10). How can i activate my Single User License again?

I have a License of Product Design Suite Premium. But for the moment i just wanted to install AutoCAD 2019. It was working well bevor i changed from Win7 to Win10.

What other methods of registration than online are there?

Hello @Anonymous,

You need an activation code only if you have a stand-alone perpetual license or a stand-alone education license (student or educator) and no Internet access. If you are eligible for an offline activation request an activation code.

If you have Internet access, you don’t need an activation code. Just start your product and follow the instructions for signing in or entering a serial number.

It is recommended that you activate online, Autodesk no longer supports offline activation for 2021 products and later.

I have installed the product using standalone method. And it gets me to the scene saying activate but when I click to activate it gets me the error 10 saying activation limit exceeded. Please solve the issue as I suffer it from past 7 to 8 months. My work is getting effected. Please do the needful asap
