Welcome to Autodesk community.

The message is pretty straightforward that you don't have the file there.

Please download the entire installation package or install online again.

Thank you for your reply. I am a student downloading free inventor 2018 for
students. I did download and when I went to launch, it said my trial has
already expired. I could not get in. Then I deleted everything. I
downloaded again and I got to a screen and in order to go forward it looks
like you have to download everything. Now I have a 30 day only trial. I
need a full year to get through the rest of the school year.

Are you saying that it is now working, but as 30 Trial?

Yes! It is working but only 30day trial. I need free student version. I
already have license number. I put in that license number and ended with 30
day trial. Thank you!!!

How long have you had 2018?

Is that the same version that your school is using?

If you go to http://manage.autodesk.com - what information do you see about your serial number and license? (Don't post your serial number here.)

Under my license details. It says my license type is Education Stand-alone,
single user.

After I put my license number to activate it sent an email saying I
registered for Autodesk professional 2018

I just downloaded yesterday and it is the version our teacher told us to download.

When I go to that site there isn't anything regarding license or serial #

Hi, where do i get the full package download? Because when i try to install the program the errorr comes on the screen with this message: "product consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet".

Can anyone help me?

Hi @tadej.trbanc,

Which Inventor version are you trying to install?

The cause of the issue is likely to be your browsers pop up blocker, which should be disabled for these web pages.

For Chrome this means: Click on the padlock on the search bar -> Site Settings -> Pop-Ups and redirects -> Allow
