Accessing Revit2021 Generative Design.

Hello,
i have a problem in accessing Generative design feature on my Revit2021 Student version, it always lead me to an activation window which i enter my autodesk product key & serial number when it requests from me, however i got the product key already entered as a different one than the one that autodesk already sent to me by e-mail.
i tried to enter it & change the product key the one that autodesk sent to me but i always get LICENSE NOT AVAILABLE Please contact your system administrator or support.

Anyone has this issue before?

this is only available with the AEC collection which students don't get access to
