Need to reactivate Autocad Map 2004 French after a crash

hi, my coworker had a crash with Autocad Map 2004 French, and after this crash, Autocad needs to be reactivated.

Online steps won't work (so i'm forced to ask activation code every times it occurs)

the licence is perpetual.

You may want to log a support request from your Autodesk account and get supported through a web case.
