have install an new version of an add id

does anyone have any ide how to fix this ? I install an new version of an addin program ..that get part file from item ... the program look likes it work ontil I try to place an part and this error come up.

Can you share a bit more information?

Like what add in program?

What Software of Autodesk's are you adding it to?

Is the ADD-IN from Autodesk? If not, have you reached out the the maker of the addin?

Your message doesn't make a whole lot of sense. What product are you using? What add-in? Add some screenshots or a screencast. Put them inline, like this:

The is call NTI Tools Inventor 2020 form nti. as far as I can tell so far it is only one function in the program that fail.

the program place part form item .. and it enable you to see Inventor properties side by side with ERP fata inside Inventor. I can start the function ,, se the part in the list but as soons as i try to select an part form then list to add to the drawing it fail.

I have an old version about install before that work just fine

I see a lot of C++ / NET when I see that error code..

Likely you'll need to reach out to NTI

What happens if you remove it and try and run Inventor? Any issues?

as far as i can seen there are no issues even it is installe .. only with one of it function in the add on.

More than likely you'll then need to reach out to NTI and see if they have a conflict with the software and C++ / NET updates

I have submite an bug report to them .and I will try to see if I can get in contact the guy who install my old version to see if he can help me find out why it does not work.

I mostly write in here in hope someone have a good ide how i could fix it or maybe just give my a hit that might help me to found the error myself . so I can fix it next time we have the same problem
