Maya only opening to a white screen

Other programs have had no issues in installing and running, but any Autodesk applications just open to a white pop-up screen with a grey 'x' in the corner. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing changes.

Hi @Anonymous ,

A white screen with only the x is usually a sign of unsupported/outdated graphics.

Try updating your GPU driver to the newest version and also make sure your OS is up to date.

I only bought the computer a couple of months ago, so everything is brand new.

What do you have for a video card and driver?

Hey I had the same problem, but now it solved.

I found that the solution is you should open the Autodesk Access app first, then verify your account or log in.

If It's verified it will look like this.

Then after you it verified, the maya app is not white screen anymore.
