Maya LT 2020 wont open after restart

Hi, I've done this twice now where I install maya LT 2020, work for hours and hours. Restart my machine and it refuses to launch. All I get is a blank output window and a maya.exe process each time. I've tried running as admin and it wont work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it works until I restart my machine. Please help! I'd like to purchase this after my 30 day trial is up.

What Graphics Card are you running? Are all of the Graphics Drivers upto date?

Also what do you have for your Anti-Virus?

I have a GeForce GTX 780. Its old but it works. Drivers are up to date. I can run maya fine until I restart.

My antivirus is Webroot. I disabled and nothing happened.

I think I found the issue. There are conflicting AdskLicensingAgent.exe and AdskLicensingService.exe running when i restart my machine. Not sure where to control that but if I launch Maya LT and kill those, then a new set of services start running and the program works.

Hello @christinahall3d

Can you check when you restart your PC. If you go to your Task Manager and under the Service Tab and check if the Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service is running. If not try to start it and then try to launch Maya LT 2020. It could be that something on your PC is preventing these Service to start.

Hi,

This issue is when I restart they are already running but they must be for another program. When I kill both of them and launch maya LT, the correct ones launch and the program works. This is a little annoying to do every time, but at least I have a work around for now.

I would still like any help fixing the issue.
