Maya 2020 crashes on startup (Ubuntu 20.04)

Hi there,

After following the guide on Autodesk's website. I was able to get the product registered and installed. However, I get a backtrace involving some python backtrace... Heres the error when run in the command line...

I would really appreciate it if I could get this running in Ubuntu and not burn a registration key by having to also install on windows, thanks!

Please review the system requirements for Autodesk Maya 2020, I have not seen users with Maya on Ubuntu on the forums, likely because it is confirmed as being unsupported on the operating system causing performance issues.

hasanfirdausC6XEN Hi, please check the comments at the bottom of this page, https://gist.github.com/borgfriend/b83467639cb8039dc79974bf780a4994 there are some ideas to solve this problem, maybe some can work with the 2020 version with the problems related to python.
