CFD User Interface doesn't show up after the initial picture, Program runs tho

Hello,

my CFD interface just dissapeard today while I was working with it.
The icon in the toolbar is still "on" and the program is running. It just doesn't show anything anymore.
When I import my model direkt via Inventor, CDF starts with the inital picture. Then the usual CFD popups come up but still no main interface. I even can adjust things in the popups like everything is normal.
If I switch thru my tasks via "TAB+Alt" CFD is also shown, but just white.

I reinstalled CFD twice now, while my Antivirus was completly off.
I also just updated my graphic driver.

Now I am clueless. Can anybody help?

Hello @Anonymous,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with CFD 2019. I have some questions for you.

Have you recently installed CFD 2019?
During the installation did you select the cloud or local solving? Keep in mind that an internet connection is required to verify your Autodesk 360 contract level. Your Autodesk 360 contract must contain the Local Solve entitlement. (Check with your contract manager for details.)

If you have recently installed make sure you prepared your system & that there is no performance interference.

Please review the System requirements for Autodesk CFD 2019
Prepare your system for a download & install
Connection issues requiring an adjustment to Lan Settings, Proxy Settings & etc. your wifi network maybe unresponsive
Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
Whitelist the sites listed in these articles:

Can you try co delete the content of the following folder ?

Users\Active user\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\CFD2019

Try to run Autodesk CFD
