Recently renewed Educational Licence Cloud Credit problem

Hi there I have just had my Educational Licence renewed (Valid now til 4/1/2023.) but I appear to now have a Finite number of Credits.

I've done a few Cloud Renders since my Licence was renewed and now it appears that I have 4.

The Render Window looks like it thinks I'm a Commercial.

Any assistance will be appreciated!

Yes I did that and they, erroneously I believe, advised that I need to Purchase Cloud Credits. I have replied back to the Case and asked for a second opinion.
