New OS and Programs drive - how does this influence my AEC Collection Licenses?

Hi Guys

I'm on a current AEC Collection subscription (Max, Revit, AutoCAD etc). I'll be swopping my OS and Programs drive for a new formatted drive (same pc, just new formatted drive).

Do I need to do anything to my license before unpluggin the old drive?

If I then install everything in the new drive, will everything just work, or will there be issues since my license is tied to my old drive?

Hi @Morne3D,

You can just install and log into your products to activate them, a subscription license allows you to log into and activate on multiple computers.

'If you have a subscription, you do not need to transfer your license from one computer to another to activate your subscription software on a different computer. Your subscription includes the right to install and activate your software on more than one computer. For each computer, you wish to use, follow the standard installation procedures for your software. Refer to your Software License Agreement for more information about software usage rights.' No ... you're good. You'll just have to reactivate them after you install them...

Any issues let us know ... but it shouldn't be an issue.
