    <description>&lt;P&gt;The issues are not resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The software is installed and runs.&amp;nbsp; I am able to log in to it.&amp;nbsp; But I am completely locked out of everything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ReCap pro installer is not working.&amp;nbsp; It only provides a message saying "Something is preventing the software from downloading.&amp;nbsp; Please contact your system administrator."&amp;nbsp; But the device that I'm installing the trial on is a burner device without any security that we explicitly use for things like trial software.&amp;nbsp; So, there isn't anything on it that would prevent an install.&amp;nbsp; Is the web installer broken?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try other way to install ReCap (browser download). Also you can download version from service&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ava.autodesk.com/modular/?module=download" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://ava.autodesk.com/modular/?module=download&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think screen below is well describing all steps to get a link to download an install-archive:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;None of the support staff comments are relevant to this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The device is a blank device imaged for product evaluation (i.e., no virus protection or etc.), and multiple other products were installed on it prior to ReCap Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To install ReCap I had to call into the support number and have them provide me with a special download link.&amp;nbsp; Now I am having trouble because there was not a trial license issued with the install.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The browser and the Account Manager should have been able do that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I help with issue a few times ( like more than a few) a week.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've found the Install now or Anti-Virus was the main issue. Sometimes permissions ..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But glad you're all set!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
