      <title>New installs missing Sign-In, previous installs license manager suddenly broken?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having a crisis this week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use AutoCAD 2019 &amp;amp; I have many users on LT. While my current install is working fine, a "new" user installed LT 2021 and when the activation box popped up, &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;the sign-in option was missing&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I downloaded and installed 2020 &amp;amp; 2021 myself, with same result. We have valid licenses and everything is assigned properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was last week...?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This week, other long time LT users ranging from 2019 thru current... their License Managers are suddenly broken/corrupt? Or they can't connect to the internet? Or...? There's no one problem, it's all over the place and unpredictable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in contact with Autodesk support for help and I'm prodding my IT security folks to investigate, but we can't seem to dial in which side to focus on: Autodesk or my employer?&amp;nbsp; I've tried all of the tricks listed online: resetting the license, reinstalling, etc... nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm perplexed that everything seems to have broken all at once. New installs with 2020 &amp;amp; 2021 LT.... and existing users on 2019 &amp;amp; 2021 LT. The Autodesk Support tech I spoke with ran a scan on my machine and provided a list of sites that need to be whitelisted... so that's where we're at right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
